I had the pleasure to meet pianoman last night on the cash table.
I must say I was impressed with his attitude throughout the game. Good cards and bad, he took it in stride and acted professionally. He's a great representative for your forum and I am happy to associate myself with such people.
I'm new to poker. My fist game was in December of last year. I learn fairly quickly and I'm capable of a good or even great game at times. I'm also capable of being a donkey and a fish. I guess it depends on my attitude at the time.
Regardless of how the cards go, I try to conduct myself with respect toward others. I must say I don't like rude people, so I don't always watch chat when I play.
I'm a member of a few other forums and I call SuitedPockets.net my home forum. I'm certainly not here to advertise or draw your members to SuitedPockets but I'm an honest person and I like to be up front.
I have plenty of room for new friends and I hope to meet some here. I'm a little lazy about posting since I tend to write books in my posts.
I have a lot to learn about poker and I try to continue my education almost every day. I'm an aircraft/helicopter mechanic and navigator by trade and I have had several businesses over the years.
I currently stay at home with my disabled wife so I have plenty of time for poker. I usually play on AP. I don't deposit money into poker unless I've cashed it out somewhere else. I prefer to play on OPM (other people's money). As bad as they are, I'm still a freeroll whore since that's where my money came from.
I have several final tables and a few wins under my belt. I keep a blog on myspace.com/bamadouglas. Feel free to stop by and laugh at the noobs struggles.

Wow, it's a good thing you ran into Pianoman first. If it had been me, you probably would have had to report me in a far different way.  But seriously, respect and courtesy is one of the big tenets of this forum, and our glorious leader kbreeze would have it no other way. Yeah, I'm a member of that other forum too. But for a family-like community, you really can't beat this one. Check out the internet radio broadcasts! I think you'll like us here.

Awesome that you ran into pman, as he is a great representative of our forum. He can get a little abrasive at times though, so don't let him fool you. Anyways, welcome to our pad and enjoy the benefits. Hope to see you joining one of the teams for our league play or even bring in your own.
