LOOKING FOR .....Well.. my niece is just about ready to get her licenses and we ran across a very nice looking 97 Eagle Talon for her ... knowing it would need some sort of engine work we purchased it as i will do the work myself ... apon getting the car home and getting into it .. it appears that it has a broken rod... now the best thing to do is just replace the engine .. as opposed to rebuilding this one as it is to costly .... expected from the get go .... but now it seems there is no engine available in my area ... have looked and looked .... so if any of you could maybe call your local salvage yards for me ... preferably someone rather "close" to me i would appreciate it very much ...... 2.0 DOHC non-turbo ... 97 Eagle Talon ....

that 1 could be tuff to find in a junk yard as most of those eagles are still on the road. im in ohio if ya want ill check around here? im not sure how far you are from ohio. let me know pman and ill check 4 ya . good luck with it bro!

plz do zeee.... just donna wanna have to travel to texas or something  ... im sure if found it will be a small junk jard somewhere as i have researched this quite extensively ... can be found on net but used price with 120k miles is 850 cheapest ive found .... bit to expensive for the product i think ... may have to rebuild this one i guess

Sorry pman i think i am little to far from you to find enine for you plus be hard to get over the border i know there is a place about hour and half away from from me city is called montreal ,quebec canada try search there if you like.

hey pman i checked on that n crazy rays here n balto has many of them but if you call them u have to let them know that your calling from another state. or they will tell u that u have to come look 4 your self. crazy rays buys any cars for $300 here n then lets u go n the yard n pull any part for small cash most cars have bad body damage but motor n intirer is great n most cars
