Selective ServiceJust a quick note for all those with male children .... make sure they register for selective service when they turn 18 ... i personally never knew you still had too ... now i have to delay getting in school due to the financial aid process ... if you didnt register then u have to jump through hoops to receive Federal Aid ... for schooling or otherwise ... good thing is im still excepted into school just lost my reservation fee ... $150 bucks .. but will only cost me $50 to reactivate once i get this all sorted out ... so looks like i may be around for another month or two .... game on

Uh - BTW -
Men are required to register for selective service within 30 days of their 18th birthday. It's announced all the time here on the radio - during commercial breaks. I figured it was common knowledge. Guess I was wrong.
